Negative: The availability of beach service hours should be longer, as in such a sunny region we would like to enjoy the beach more, but the service is limited until 5 pm. The pillows could be better, they are very high and uncomfortable.

Positive: Rooms and pool we lovely staff were great very friendly and attentive

Negative: Not the property’s fault but we were bitten so much by the no see um bugs that are on Sanibel that it means we will not return until the amount of bugs reduce.

Summary: lovely property with great facilities just a real problem on the island with biting bugs!

Positive: How beautiful the hotel in general is after the renovation or reconstruction The room was very comfortable, well located, well equipped, and very clean The pool is very well kept and the cafeteria/bar is excellent

Positive: Good beach access with chairs and umbrellas. My wife loved the shelling! The grounds were extremely well kept. Staff was great.

Negative: Not necessarily the property’s fault, but the mosquitoes are terrible, especially at night and near the beach.

Summary: It was a nice relaxing beach vacation.

Positive: The room was immaculate and the location was right by the beach so it was perfect. All the staff members were super helpful and friendly. The instructions provided were accurate and check in/out was smooth as well.
